Pretoria (Tshwane) is not only filled with beautiful Jacaranda trees but holds a lot of history and culture. Founded in 1855, Pretoria currently boasts three universities and is the administrative capital of South Africa. If you’re a history buff, like me, then you’ll appreciate the below examples (with pictures) of how famous areas in Pretoria have changed over the years.
